Oxgene Lab & Office Space Phases 1 & 2
We were delighted to work with Oxgene on two laboratory and ancillary office space projects.
Phase 1 comprised of a full strip out and re-fit of existing space to include new lab space, toilets, reception and office space. We also fitted new roller storage racking in their ancillary goods store and supplied all new office furniture for the office space.
Phase 2 came into action when Oxgene took additional space at Winchester House, Oxford Science Park due to expansion.
We worked with them to provide new laboratory and office space together with a comms link between the two premises to ensure services ran smoothly.
